DenTek Fantasy Football Challenge

Medtech Products, Inc., manufacturer of DenTek® brand products, sponsors the DenTek Fantasy Football Challenge, which offers one grand prize winner and their league’s last place finisher a trip to the host city of the professional football all-star game to participate in a unique end-of-season celebration.

Entry Details

To enter the DenTek Fantasy Football Challenge, participants who are 21 years or older and residents of the United States or District of Columbia can visit the official contest website starting August 18, 2025, through December 8, 2025. Entrants must complete the entry form and upload a video explaining their fantasy football team’s challenges and celebrations. One entry per person is allowed during the contest period. Videos must meet content guidelines and may feature other league members with consent.

A panel of judges will select the winner based on creativity, quality, and how well the video addresses the contest themes. The grand prize includes round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations, local transportation, meals, event participation including a statue unveiling for the last place finisher, and a monetary stipend to help with taxes.
