How to Enter

To participate, entrants visit the Game Show Network website or the Get.TV website and complete an online entry form with basic information like their first name, last name, and email address. After submitting the form, they get to spin a prize wheel for an immediate chance to win one of the prizes. Each day during the promotion period, participants can enter once per website, meaning up to two entries daily are possible. The game runs from December 1 through December 25, 2025.

The prize wheel reveals instantly whether a participant has won a gift card, a mini tote bag, or Prevagen® capsules. Winners receive instructions to validate and redeem their prize. Up to 400 prizes are available, and once a prize is won, no additional prizes can be won by the same participant.
