The prize includes round-trip airfare, a three-night stay at the Omni Nashville Hotel, distillery tours, VIP fireworks viewing, showboat tickets, and more. The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous U.S. states and D.C., aged 21 or older, and runs from May 16 through June 15, 2025.

Interested participants can enter by filling out the registration form at www.visitmusiccity.com/winatrip during the entry period. Only one entry per person is allowed, and all entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT on June 15, 2025. Employees and families of the sponsor and associated agencies are not eligible.
The winner will be randomly selected around June 16, 2025, and notified by phone or email. To claim the prize, the winner must sign and return an affidavit and release within two days. More information on rules and eligibility can be found on the entry page.
