How to Enter

The sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents aged 21 or older, excluding Utah and Virginia, as well as residents of the District of Columbia. Entry is available from October 1 through December 31, 2025, by scanning a QR code on participating RumChata products or by visiting the official entry website. Only one entry per person or email address is allowed during the sweepstakes period. Entries must be submitted in English and be received by the end date to qualify. Winners will be randomly drawn on or about January 2, 2026, and notified via email. Potential winners must respond and submit required documents within two days to claim their prize.

Winners receive access to a Spotify Premium plan, which requires creating a Spotify account. All prize terms and conditions are set by Spotify. Taxes or additional costs related to the prize are the winner’s responsibility.
