The grand prize includes two tickets to the event, round-trip airfare or ground transportation for the winner and a guest, two nights hotel accommodation, and a Hertz rental car.

To enter, participants must visit siriusxm.com/metallicaNewYork and submit a completed entry form during the sweepstakes period, which runs from August 6 through August 20, 2025. Only one entry per person is allowed. The winner will be chosen in a random drawing around August 22, 2025, and notified by phone. Prize acceptance requires signing eligibility and liability waivers. The trip is scheduled for August 27–29, 2025, with prize value approximately $4,500. Entrants must be 21 or older and legal U.S. residents including D.C. and Puerto Rico. Additional expenses such as meals and personal costs are the responsibility of the winner. Travel and event attendance are subject to all applicable rules and restrictions.
