Entry Details
The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding territories) and Canada (excluding Québec) who are 21 years or older. The entry period runs from June 26, 2025, to September 30, 2025. Participants can enter once via social media by posting their best photo on Instagram tagging @sonyalpha and @hollandamericaline with hashtags #AlphaHALcruise and #SweepstakesEntry, or once via the official website by submitting an online entry form. Entries from these two methods are treated separately, allowing two total entries per person.
Monthly prize winners will be selected by random drawings each month during the entry period, and additional drawings will determine the social prize and grand prize winners around October 6, 2025. Prize notifications will be sent via email for website entries and Instagram direct messages for social media entries.
The grand prize includes a Sony Mirrorless Camera, two Sony lenses, and a promotional cruise voucher for a seven-day Alaskan cruise for the winner and a guest. The cruise must be completed by September 30, 2026, with several blackout dates excluding popular sailings in July and August. Other prizes include monthly giveaways of Sony wireless noise-canceling headphones and a social prize package with camera equipment and cruise voucher.
